Perfect Banana Bread
Punya kk yg jualan pisang asiiik juga (istri dongan tubu abang) pisang yang terlalu matang yang mustahil di jual lagi,tapi masih layak di bikin cake.dah berapa hari ini saya di kasih sesisir sehari,bikinkan kakak itu 2 loyang cake pisang dah kasih pisang,cake saya di bayar pula Aseeek,masih ada banyak stok di kulkas.hari ini Bikin banan bread,resep martha stewart
Apa saya salah menakar? Sepertinya cairan terlalu banyak . . . Gula ku kurangi 1/2 takaran,masih bagus hehehe
Perfect banana bread

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature, plus more for pan (mentega saya bikin 113gram)
1 cup granulated sugar (gula saya bikin 150gram)
2 large eggs (2 telur)
1 1/2 cups unbleached plain flour (terigu 210gram)
1 teaspoon baking soda (soda camilan bagus 1sdt)
1 teaspoon salt (garam saya bikin 1/2 sdt)
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 3) (pisang di haluskan saya pakai pisang ambon 3pcs)
1/2 cup sour cream (I used Fat Free Greek yogurt) (aku pakai 125ml susu cair,sepertinya kebanyakan,mungkin dapat di kurangi 50 75ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional; I didn’t use them) (aku nggak pakai)
Preheat panggangan to 350 degrees. Butter a 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan; set aside. In an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, and beat to incorporate. (Mixer mentega,dan gula,lalu masukkan telur satu persatu)
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.(ayak terigu,soda dan garam)
Add to the butter mixture, and mix until just combined. (Masukkan terigu ke campuran mentega)
Add bananas, sour cream, and vanilla; mix to combine. Stir in nuts, and pour into prepared pan.(masukkan pisang,susu,vanilla aduk sampai rata) panggangan dech . .
Bake until a cake tester inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 1 hour 10 minutes. Let rest in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool
